At Lulworth, we are committed to providing a high standard of service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you so that we can investigate promptly and fairly.

How to make a complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing in the first instance. You can write to:

Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue, including relevant dates, individuals involved and any supporting documentation. This will help us investigate your complaint efficiently.

What happens next

We will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint promptly;

  • Investigate the matter independently and thoroughly; and

  • Provide you with our findings and final response within eight weeks of receiving your complaint.

If, after receiving our final response, you remain dissatisfied, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

The role of the FOS is to help settle individual disputes between consumers and businesses providing financial services in the UK. If you contact the FOS before you have received your final response letter from us, or before the eight weeks have passed since you initially raised your concerns with us, the FOS will refer you back to Lulworth to resolve your complaint.
